                                Here's a simple recipe for stir-fried pork with chili peppers in English:
Ingredients:
- 300g pork tenderloin, sliced into thin strips
- 2 medium-sized red or green chili peppers, seeded and sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine (optional)
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 spring onion, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the pork strips with soy sauce, Shaoxing wine (if using), cornstarch, sugar, and salt. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Once hot, add the marinated pork and stir-fry until it turns brown and is cooked through. Remove from the wok and set aside.
3. Add the remaining tablespoon of oil to the wok. Stir-fry the sliced onion and garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. Add the sliced chili peppers and continue stir-frying for another minute.
5. Return the pork to the wok and toss everything together for about 30 seconds to combine the flavors.
6. Drizzle sesame oil over the dish and give it one last stir before removing from the heat.
7. Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve immediately with steamed rice.
